Our party of the year will take place on the 16th of May 2018.
The stars: the 'Best Companies to Work for in Switzerland 2018'.

Official start with drinks reception at Kaufleuten (entrance Talacker), followed by flying Gala Dinner, the award show, dessert and party.

Workshop 1: Digitalisation: Teamwork and Workplace Culture

  • The workshop begins with the presentation of a Great Place to Work study on the concept of agile workplace culture as an answer to the challenges of digitalisation. Afterwards, we will work out together how your team can deal with stress, identify resources and develop solutions. Finally, you will learn how to use a software programme (, which you can use to develop measures for healthy working conditions and a good team atmosphere.

Workshop 2: Employer Attractiveness in the New Workplace

  • Find out what moves and motivates employees in the new workplace. Discuss with us how to make a workplace attractive and how to effectively communicate this externally. Together with our partner KLAR - a renowned communication agency for market development - we will give you insight into what placement can look like and what factors are important.

Workshop 3: Best Practices Exchange with other Organisations, speed dating style

  • Exchange your organisations’ best practices for 5 minutes, then it’s the next speaker turn. Bring your own best practices from the nine dimensions of the culture audit.
  • Use the opportunity to reflect on your best practices, network and go home with new best practices. And finally, don’t forget to bring business cards!

Workshop 4: CxO Lounge

  • Exchange experiences with members of executive management from other organisations: How do you successfully create a company culture that supports success? What challenges arise and how do you deal with them as an award-winning employer?
