The training is aimed at managers at all hierarchical levels who want to develop themselves and their leadership behaviour and learn more about the success factors of a trust-based workplace culture.
In order to enable a productive exchange among the participants, we work with group sizes of 12-16.
The training is conducted as an open course to bring together leaders from different organisations for an exchange and to learn from each other across organisations.

The Leadership Effectiveness Training is based on the 5 dimensions of the Trust Index™ model: Credibility, Respect, Pride, Camaraderie and Fairness. The training addresses how these dimensions interact with each other, how they relate to employees, how leaders can integrate them into their daily work and use them in their leadership responsibilities. Through this comprehensive knowledge, leaders can bring about real change.
The training accompanies leaders in their work over a period of several months in a blended learning approach of face-to-face training and online self learning modules, with the aim of immediately turning the knowledge into practical results and thus creating sustainable change.
